Player card fee is:  $33 for all affiliated League members (we accept Visa and Master Card).

($23.00 player secondary insurance, $10.00 administration fee)
 Player Card replacement: $10.00

Note: Player cards will not be processed without payment and signature on the registration (electronic signatures are only excepted if you go through a coding process), otherwise they must be hand signed per US Club Soccer.
